The Skills & Technology Training Center (STTC) is a division of North Dakota State College of Science (NDSCS) located in Wahpeton, North Dakota.

The administrative staff at both the STTC (Fargo) and NDSCS College Outreach (Wahpeton) work closely toegether to provide training opportunities to the southeast region of North Dakota.

The development of the STTC in 1997 was to provide a workforce Training Center for business and industry in the Fargo-Moorhead and surrounding area.
