Education: Classes in Business and Management at Minot State University, Lansing Community College, North Dakota State College of Science and has attended numerous trainer/training programs.

Classes Taught: Management Training, Situational Leadership, Train the Trainer, Sexual Harassment in the Workplace, Phone Skills, Whale Done, Team Building, Communications Skills and Customer Service

Certifications: Training Manager/Director, Langevin Training Services, Practical Workshop Facilitation Skills, University of Winnipeg and Appreciative Inquiry.

Professional Experiences: Over 25 years in Training and Development. Twelve years with a national franchise organization with over 1200 locations nationwide; three and one half of those years as a national director of training & development located at franchise corporate headquarters in San Francisco, CA and eight years as the Program Director for the Skills & Technology Training Center.I am a member of America Society for Training & Development (ASTD), and the local affiliate FM-ASTD, and a member of Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), and the local affiliate FMHRA.

Family: Husband Arvid, and our Scottie dogs Doc, Emmylou and Graycee, and Mini Schnauzer Wyatt.
