Kim works for Noridian as a Web Project Coordinator. Her focus is on the Provider site and applications. She is currently working on two Usability Studies, one is an internal application, the other for a different portion of the company regarding a website. Kim has conducted Card Sorting exercises along with her Usability studies to identify where the actual users of products would place items. She is an advocate of Customer Centered Design. Kim has an educational background in Training, Project Management and Facilitation that tie nicely for her role as a Usability Analyst.
