Professional Experiences:
Penny’s work experience has provided her a wide range of opportunities within areas such as leadership, training and development, team building, internal customer service, customer support, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and plenty of computer work. She loves continuous learning opportunities and relationship building.
Over time, Penny’s education and work experience has afforded her the additional broad experience of working with many different computer software programs. She has worked with the Microsoft Office Suite of programs since the late 1990’s. She started using report writing software back in the late 80’s with an IBM 36 and upgraded to Crystal Reports after 2001. She’s also been exposed to Lotus SmartSuite, HTML, Filemaker Pro, and others.
Penny has had the opportunity to be a part of a training program in nearly every position she has held throughout her career. She was chosen to be included in a “Train-the-Trainer” program when a previous employer needed to deploy their new choice in accounting software – SAP – and she went on to train employees in four states. While working for another employer, she was chosen to become qualified as a Myers-Briggs Administrator and was sent to Big Sky, Montana for her training. She then proceeded to train all newly hired employees for the company and continues to put that part of her training to work for us at the Skills and Technology Center. She trains in a number of different areas, both technical and professional development.

Penny resides with her husband, Dean and children, Jason and Justin, and their Saint Bernard, Missy, in rural Sabin, MN.
Hobbies or Activities:
Penny loves riding her motorcycle and traveling as a family on motorcycles, spending quality time with her husband, computers, internet, and reading.
