Ben Lesofski (MCSE, MCT, CTT) is the President of TCTC, Inc., a training and consulting company located in Helena, Montana. He has 18+ years of IT experience primarily in networking and administration. Over the past four years he has added web and database technologies. Ben currently spends his work time surrounded with Windows SharePoint Services (WSS3) and Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS07), either providing training or implementing client solutions.

Ben understands that technology is a tool and not an end, it should be a solution, not a problem. He understands business constraints and the need for efficiencies in the workplace.

Ben is able to relate to his student's and client's needs in a way that makes technology less intimidating. People are comfortable asking questions or sharing opinions with Ben. His listening skills prompt those around him to participate and be involved in the discussion at hand which promotes learning. He understands the different learning methods and utilizes them in the classroom to ensure a solid knowledge transfer.
