Describe your overall experience in working with the Skills & Technology Training Center as a training solution provider:
The courses helped me attain my Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) certifications. The courses made me a more valuable trained employee for the Fargo Jet Center. Training provided me with knowledge about specific products so I do not always need to get assistance outside of the company. The trainers not only provided knowledge about the specific products, but brought in real business experience. The trainers spoke about their business situations, case examples and the resources they use today. That is what makes a difference between self training and classroom training. I learned from the trainers past and present experience. As a result, I save time and money while on the job.
